Nilesh Mandhare

Nilesh Mandhare is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager on the CLO issuance strategy at Crescent Capital since October 2024.  Prior to Crescent, Nilesh was a broadly syndicated loan CLO Portfolio Manager at Ellington management, where he laid the groundwork for a technology first, conservative BSL CLO platform.  Prior to Ellington, Nilesh was a Portfolio Manager on the CLO issuance strategy at Onex Credit Partners.  Nilesh has extensive experience in distressed debt and high yield investing across industries and capital structures at Onex, HSBC and RBS.  Nilesh is a software engineer by training and has worked for Verizon Corporation in various roles prior to his career in finance.  Nilesh holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Pune, an MS in Computer Science from University of Texas and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
